How do you keep renovations on budget?
A fixed written scope with itemised allowances. If you change the scope mid-job, you approve the cost difference in writing before we proceed — no surprise invoices.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Usually yes. We seal work zones, keep one bathroom and the kitchen usable wherever possible, and phase the schedule around your routine.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
For work that needs them, yes — we prepare the paperwork, coordinate licensed plumbing and electrical partners, and meet inspectors on site.
